| Hello,
I was following this bus through Huthwaite today(30/07/09)at approx 12.40 pm.
This bus did not stop at a bus stop were a blind woman had her hand out.I could not believe what i saw.The lady had a white stick and clearly was either completley blind or partially sited.She obviously had to listen for the bus coming before she put her hand out for it to stop.i would have thought that if someone was stood at a bus stop, clearly waiting for a bus to come, they should not even have to put thair hand out the bus surely should just stop for them.
I was amazed that the bus did not stop for her...Clearly this is another example of poor customer service from this bus company. |
